Hi friends, and welcome! 👋
If you’re new here, here’s the short version: Fit-ish Over 30 is a place for realistic wellness after 30, 40 and 50. In other words, you’ll find no perfect routines, no guilt, and no gym-bro speeches. Instead, you’ll get honest talk and small steps that fit real life.
So, grab a coffee, get comfortable, and let me show you around. ☕
Who is behind this blog?
I’m Ju, a Brazilian living in Canada, a mom of three teenagers, and a drummer in a local Maracatu band 🥁. On top of that, I work overnight shifts, so my schedule is rarely “normal.”
I go to the gym, but not to punish myself. Instead, I go for energy, mobility, and to keep my head in the right place. As for my kitchen, it’s simple, budget-friendly, and organized ahead of time. Basically, if a recipe takes two hours, it isn’t happening.
What does “fit-ish” mean?
It means taking care of yourself in a way that’s realistic, kind, and sustainable. Not perfect, just ish. Because, honestly, perfect doesn’t survive a Tuesday.
